Somerset Manor l Quai D Orsay is an ideally situated 11-story high-rise located at 210 Somerset St W. It is conveniently located in the beautiful and historic community of Centretown. In addition to Somerset Manor being a close walk to the features of the community, major bus routes run near the building. We are within walking distance to Parliament Hill and related government buildings, the Rideau Center, the downtown business core, the National Arts Centre, the Museum of Nature, and numerous shops, restaurants and nightlife. We are minutes from the scenic Rideau Canal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the vibrant communities of Old Ottawa South, Sandy Hill and the Glebe.

The building features bachelor, one, two and three bedroom units. Each unit includes a stove, refrigerator, wall-to-wall carpeting with tile floors in the kitchen and washroom. Additional costs are hydro, heat, and air conditioning, which are billed monthly through Hydro Ottawa. Parking is available at an additional cost, if required.

Our on-site facilities include a 24-hour laundry facility. It is a secure-access building, and there is an on-call superintendent for any after-hours emergencies.
