The Hillside Apartment building is in a great location - enjoy a short walk to all local services. This is a perfect location for anyone attending Northern Lights Community College or Fort Nelson Secondary School. Hillside is conveniently located near the Fort Nelson General Hospital as well. Also around the corner are the Fort Nelson recreational center, skate park, spray park, Art Fraser Park and the local museum. We also offer fully furnished suites!!!

All suites include heat and  hot water in the rent. Balconies are available for one and 2 bedroom suites. Standard and upgraded suites available. Select suites include breakfast bar, laminate flooring, plush carpets, upgraded cabinets, newer appliances, new countertops, enormous balconies, master bedrooms with walk-in closets, and an additional balcony off bedrooms. Small in-suite storage areas are included.

This is a locked, secure building, equipped with an intercom system. We offer card-operated laundry facilities on each floor, designated electrified illuminated parking and guest parking. Cats are permitted. Enjoy living worry free with our 24-hour emergency maintenance.
