A beauty salon and aesthetician service is available on the main floor of the building. Viking Arms features extra wide hallways and two elevators in each tower. NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES Viking Arms is close Southgate Mall, University of Alberta, bus routes, Whitemud Freeway and Calgary Trail. The airport is within a 20 minute drive. GENERAL INFORMATION Rent includes heat and water. Energized covered parking is $25 per month per stall with a $40 deposit for the garage door opener. Seniors only pay $299 security deposit. Cats only are permitted with $25 monthly pet fee (per pet) pending approval of pet application. PENTHOUSE SUITES Four luxurious penthouse suites, that have been fully renovated are also available. These suites have parking included in the rent. LEASE TERMS Six and twelve month lease terms are available to new and existing residents.
