Skyline Terrace is a 15-storey building with 111 suites, offering a variety of suite sizes, ranging from bachelor all the way up to four bedroom/four bathroom homes. 

These homes offer private balconies. Some suites feature views of  greenspace, the lake, and downtown. East-facing homes overlook the University of Lethbridge and coulees while west-facing homes can see mountain peaks.
