Balconies are available on upper floor suites. Rent includes heat and hot water.

Standard and Upgraded suites available. Upgraded suites include dark or light wood laminate flooring, plush carpets, new cabinets, appliances and countertops! Units offer in-suite storage. Enjoy living worry free with our 24-hour emergency maintenance.  

Summit is a locked secured building with an illuminated parking lot and designated electrified parking. The building has card operated laundry facilities, is cable ready, and cats are permitted. Enjoy living worry free with our 24-hour emergency maintenance.
